I built this in my own city first.
There's no shortage of dull knives in any city. Restaurants, home cooks, butchers, hunters — every one of them has blades that need regular attention, and almost no one nearby to do it.
I saw that gap and spent months figuring out the hard parts: which equipment actually works, how to price, how to find your first 10 customers, how to keep them coming back month after month without lifting a finger beyond the sharpening itself.
Now I'm packaging everything into a single kit — the training videos, the supplier list, the pricing guide, the client scripts, all of it — so you can skip the trial and error and launch in your city already knowing what works.
